Silversjö was founded by Mark Dela Cruz, a software engineer from Gothenburg, Sweden.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the Philippines and Sweden, Mark has experienced different cultures and ways of working throughout his life, shaping his perspective on collaboration, professional growth and the importance of access to meaningful opportunities.

Silversjö brings together international experience with a commitment to high-quality work. We always strive to continuously learn, improve and find better ways of solving problems, while creating an environment where developers are trusted with responsibility and given the opportunity to grow.

The belief that the right opportunities can make a meaningful difference in a person's career and future is part of what inspired Mark to build Silversjö.
